• A deposit of 50% of the villa rental at the time of booking or the full amount if booking made within 8 weeks of departure.

• All cheques payable to F.C.Denny

• Security deposit of £250 payable by post-dated cheque with final payment 8 weeks before departure.

• Prices quoted are inclusive of electricity, water, gas and linens.

• A central heating supplement of £75 per week is payable for the months March, April and October.

• Special rates for longer, non-peak season periods are negotiable.
